Quebec customer buying car experience in Ontario at Canadian Auto Mall
We are thoroughly happy with our experience purchasing a vehicle at the Canadian Auto Mall in Stittsville. Buying a vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful experience, used or new. Peter and Ott were fantastic to work with. They took the stress out of the equation and it ended up being a very positive experience. We had bee n looking for the right Toyota Matrix for us so we had been to other used vehicle dealerships. The service we received, both and personal from Ott and Peter, was far and above the other places we had visited. At all times, we felt they were very honest in their dealings with us – something that we feel is very important. We live in Quebec. Therefore there is always that extra step involved. Ott made this a seamless and effortless process for us. We highly recommend the Canadian Auto Mall for a used car!
