In 2004 we were Canadian Auto Mall’s first customers. We are now repeat customers with Canadian Auto Mall. I was impressed that we were treated like family, no sales pressure.Last week, before visiting other Dealerships, I visited Canadian Auto Mall’s internet site giving me an opportunity to see the vehicles they had available.When we arrived on their lot, we were greeted by a sales person. Asked us to take our time to look around and that he would be available to answer any questions. There was no high pressure sales tactics. This type of customer service gave us a positive experience in our decision.
