I bought a vehicle from Canadian Auto Mall a few days ago. From a customer service stand point everything has been more than satisfactory. I would gladly return in the future, as well recommend this place to others. I found the car I wanted on autotrader.ca, then found out it was at Canadian Auto Mall. I went to look at the car and knew it was the one for me. Ott and Peter helped get everything organized and answered any question or concerns I had.
The whole experience was stress free, there was no high pressure sales tactics. The service you provided was friendly, efficient, and accommodating.
I never felt pressured to make a decision and I had the time to look at every detail of the vehicle. Once we came back to pick up the car, it was freshly washed, cleaned. The car was exactly what we were looking for, the price was competitive and the complete car history report you provide allowed us to ensure the vehicle had not been in any accidents, etc.
