We bought a car (Lincoln MKZ) from here and we would honestly never want to deal with any other dealership again as Canadian Auto Mall will be our choice when it comes to getting another car. We had been to a number of dealerships prior and the salespeople pressured us and made us feel like just another sale. We have NEVER felt that way at Canadian Auto Mall. Ott worked VERY hard to get us financing through a bank with a low rate as opposed to through a high interest loan (issue was with no credit history, not bad credit history). Any other place would have taken the easy route and signed us up with any lender, but Ott pulled out all stops and made it a personal mission to get a us a great loan. Ro has been kind and understanding with us when it comes to payment options and also servicing – we take our car back there for all its regular maintenance needs. NOTHING mechanical, technical or otherwise has been wrong with this car since we bought it over a year and a half ago. We had one minor hiccup when we purchased it and Ro was quick to have it resolved. The one thing we liked is the quality of cars on the lot – low KMs, clean and great pricing. We have been back browsing for perhaps a second car and Ro and Ott never pressure us, just let us take a look and test drive, however, when we are ready to take the plunge on another vehicle there is NO DOUBT that we will be going back to Canadian Auto Mall. Have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.
