2011 F150 Customer Review
I have been in sales a number of years and think I know what it takes to be a good salesperson. I found that here at Canadian Auto Mall. I dealt with Ott Martens and found him to not only be very friendly and personable but his love of cars gives him the knowledge to know his product very well. When I described to him what I was looking for it just so happened he had EXACTLY what we were looking for! I had a few vehicles lined up at other places to go see but after stopping here we went no further.
There is no pressure from the sales, just knowledge on the product and financing options were very smooth. Within a few days we had our new (to us) 2011 F150 and were financed, licenced and ready to roll. We did have one mechanical issue with the vehicle but it was dealt with swiftly and smoothly to our complete satisfaction.
If I need any other vehicle in the future this would be the first place to stop!
