I cannot even begin to express how much I love my Mazda 6 and how greatful I am to you for helping me get it. 

I had my last car for five years.  I was very attached to it, but it gave me grief from time to time.  Over the five years that I had it, whenever it would break down and threaten to not go any further, I would visit other used car dealers and always had a negative experience.  They would try to sell me a car I didn't like, or something I really couldn't afford, or even something that needed work. 

I always went home from a day of test driving, feeling discouraged, disappointed and angry.  It would lead me to sink more and more money into my broken car in order to avoid dealing with any more used car salesmen that I didn't trust.

Finally, in September my car died for good.  It was a 1994 Mazda MX6, black, v6.  Since Mazda stopped production of these cars in 1997, the closest I could come to replacing it with a newer car was to get a Mazda 6, black & v6.  And I guess I'm stubborn, because I wouldn't even consider another car. 

While browsing online I came across your website and completed a loan application.  I wasn't expecting any of the events that followed: You called me back that afternoon.  You said I was approved.  I was shocked, because I don't have much credit history and that held me back in the past.  I was thrilled, but you didn't have a black Mazda 6 on your lot. 

So I continued to browse online for what I wanted.  I found the car that I "had" to have.  It was at another dealer in the city.  We went and test drove it, and I fell in love.  The only thing standing between me and my dream car was the shady dealer that wouldn't return my calls or my emails. 

After a week of trying to reach this guy, I sent you an email.  I told you about the car I found and told you about my negative experience with this other dealer.  I asked you for help. 

You called me as soon as you read my email.  I was so impressed! A vehicle purchase is the second biggest purchase that a person is going to make in life.  So when it comes to that purchase, communication, respect, and honesty is essential.  You brought all of that and more to the table!

After that phone call, everything else fell into place quickly and easily.  Why? Because you care about your customers.  We aren't just giant walking dollar signs to you.

You got me the financing that I could afford, and that would help improve my credit.  You went and picked up my car from that other dealer and had it ready for me, clean & shining, in a couple of days!

I absolutely LOVE my car.  It suits me, and suits the needs of my young family.  You have no idea how much we appreciate it!

So my advice to anyone looking for a used car: you know that negative impression that we all have about car dealers? Leave it outside the gate when you get here, because that stigma that most dealers have just doesn't exist at the Auto Mall.  

This is a group of hard-working guys that are extremely professional, yet speak to you like you're a friend, and an equal.  They listen, and they answer questions honestly.  They respect you, and they bend over backwards to make sure that you get into a car that you want, and that you can afford...stress-free!

Again...thank you, so much! I really couldn't be happier!

More or less by chance we checked out a Jetta Diesel we noticed when driving by. It looked very good, and the price was certainly competitive. We took the car to our neighborhood garage that has served us for 25+ years and, as predicted by your staff, they could not find anything wrong with the car. Our daughter is now the happy owner of a very spiffy car. Actually, the car was way nicer than the one I was driving. Needless to say that we were back a couple of weeks later and drove off with another very nice Jetta Diesel. Our mechanic could not find anything wrong with this one either. In fact, he was wondering where we got these two nice cars from!

 

Excellent cars, competitive price, and very pleasant and professional staff. I can most certainly recommend the Canadian Auto Mall.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for selling our Dodge Ram 2003. When we decided to sell our vehicle in late August, we soon found out that this would be a lot of work and my husband was getting ready to return to school in Montreal. Being on my own to sell a truck was not my idea of fun.

It could be very frustrating for a new comer to Canada to locate an automobile with in the anticipated budget and to get a trust worthy car dealer who just does not give this impression that he is going to fleece you or a glib talker salesman who just does the talking but does not give the desired level of service expected.

I researched on the Internet for almost 6 weeks to locate a good car with umpteen visits to various car dealers displaying their mostly camouflaged wares and finally came in contact with Ro and Raj of Canadian Automate search was over because I felt I was in safe hands. Dear Ro and Raj,

Nowadays, it seems growlingly difficult to find people that inspire trust in the automobile industry. So much in fact, that even before I enter a car showroom, I get in a defensive frame of mind, ready to start a "battle" to avoid being exploited or placed under pressure by the salesperson.

I was surprised to find, at Canadian automall, people that genuinely place the priority on the client's needs in recommending a vehicle that will really correspond to what their looking for.

Being a psychologist, I like to think that I have a certain talent in "sizing" people up, and right from the start, I had total confidence in Ro, so my wife and I bought the car that he recommended. We have been satisfied with it ever since. My trust was again rewarded when two months after buying the vehicle, Ro gave us the free rust proofing that he had offered, despite we had forgotten to include it on the bill of sale.

Since the purchase, we came back a couple of times for service and minor repairs (change a wheel bearing, replace tires). Every time Ro and Raj made sure to find the best prices for parts, beating by far the prices we had come around during our "time consuming" shopping.

My wife and I thought it was important to write this letter in appreciation of the outstanding quality of service we received at Canadian Automall. We only wish more businesses would share the same concern in client satisfaction.
